Background
My photographic work began in Venezuela and developed through photojournalism, documentary photography, and personal projects. I have photographed communities, families, traditions, protests, and everyday life, often in places where trust and personal relationships are essential to the work.
My photographs have appeared in Venezuelan media and international photography platforms. I have also worked on long-term projects exploring community, identity, memory, and social change.
I am a co-founder of ghetto | Photo, a documentary photography organization focused on visual storytelling and education. That experience has strengthened my belief in photography as both a way of documenting the world and creating space for people to tell their own stories.
Today, I continue to work between documentary photography, photojournalism, street photography, portraits, and personal projects in the United States and Latin America.
