Javier Ramírez-Carril (1973) is a Venezuelan photojournalist. He was born in Venezuela where he remained until the age of 16, traveling to Buenos Aires Argentina, where he completed his studies in systems, he remained in this country for 15 years, moving for work to Panama City, where he lived for 5 years, returning to Venezuela to finish his photographic studies at the Centro de Investigación y Estudios Fotográficos (CIEF) In 2014, he began his professional career as a journalist photographer working for the Bloque DeArmas, he photographed for media such as: Diario 2001, Ok Venezuela Magazine, Variedades Magazine, Mi Cocina Magazine, Fascination , Playboy Venezuela, Ronda Magazine. He acted as coordinator of photography for Online media within the same medium. He has collaborated with digital media such as: La Vida de Nos, Historias que Laten.
He has participated in three of the projects that Inside OUT Project has developed in Venezuela.
